Project hospital: Klinikum Fürth

It is leadership that repeatedly links employees and the organization. For this reason, the project "Leadership principles and culture at Klinikum Fürth under the banner of positive leadership" was launched in February 2016 as part of a human resources and organizational development process that creates a common understanding among managers from all professional groups of how leadership is understood and practiced at Klinikum Fürth.

The leadership principles are closely linked to the hospital's vision and the guiding principles that provide employees with orientation in their daily dealings with patients, colleagues and relatives and were already developed in 2014 in a highly participatory process involving representatives of the major professional groups at the hospital.
